How do I play? Tap a glowing slab to lift it. Each slab burns oil. Tap a monster once to see how the fight would end, and again to strike. The plate above the floor says what unseals the stairs.

Why did I lose to a boss? The defeat screen names what went wrong. Notes found in the dungeon and the bestiary in the Keeper's Room describe each boss's weakness.

My run disappeared after an update. A run in progress may not carry over between versions. Your bestiary, notes, trophies, amulets and unlocked depths are kept.

How do I start over? During a run open the menu button and choose Abandon run. Everything in the Keeper's Room is kept.

What is free and what is paid? The first 5 floors and the first boss are free forever. One purchase, Full Game, opens floors 6 to 20, the other three bosses and the Diver class. Nothing else is sold.

I bought the full game on iPhone. Do I pay again on iPad or Mac? No. Install the game there with the same Apple Account, open Full Game in the main menu and tap Restore Purchases.

The full game is locked after I reinstalled. Open Full Game in the main menu, or Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. You need an internet connection for this one step.

Sound or vibration. Settings has separate switches for sound, music and vibration.

Where is my data? Only on your device. The game has no account and no cloud save.
